Once you signed up to the trial membership you have 1 day of unlimited access to the content available on the website. If you do not cancel your membership prior to the end of the trial period your account is automatically upgraded to the monthly membership.
To view your registration and payment information, you can enter your e-mail address in the field at the top of this page. You can also access the “My Account” section using the email address you provided when you registered and the password you received. If you can’t find these details, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance!
If on your bank statement you see several direct debits of the same amount for the same product on almost the same date every month or every few months, this is a tacit renewal of your subscription.
Payments
Firstly, please check whether any of your friends or family members have used your card or have access to your personal information. If you suspect that your card has been used fraudulently, for example through theft, please contact our Customer Services team who will advise you on what to do next.
Once we have processed your refund, your credit card company will credit your account. The time taken may vary depending on the bank. It can take between 10 and 20 working days. Unfortunately, we are not able to control these times.

We will always send an e-mail with your login details to the e-mail address you provided when you registered. If you cannot find the e-mail, please also check your spam/junk mail folder. You may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly when you registered. In this case, please contact our Customer Service. If you still can’t find it, please contact our Support team by phone or email.
Once you register, you are entitled to a 1-day trial membership to our website. During this time you can check out the services and make your choice to continue using them. You don’t have to do anything to keep your membership, just enjoy it and we will automatically upgrade it for you after the trial period ends (unless you unsubscribe before the trial period ends).
You can do this by visiting the “My Account” section of the site you are a member of and following the corresponding link to delete your account. If you need help, please contact our support team.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and at no extra cost. You can do this by choosing one of the options below:
1. Click on the “UNSUBSCRIBE” button at the bottom of this page, fill in your e-mail address and then click on the “UNSUBSCRIBE” button. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to unsubscribe. Very easy! (Don’t forget to check your spam/junk mail folder).
2. You can click on the “My account” section of the website you subscribed to and then follow the steps indicated to cancel your subscription. (If you do not know the name of the website, you can enter your email address in the field at the top of this page. We will tell you which website you have subscribed to).
3. If you need help, please contact our Customer Support team. We are available 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm by phone or email.
This is normal. You may not have seen the Terms and Conditions when you entered your email address and credit card details. Our Customer Service is available 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm for any questions or requests.
Following your registration, you will have received a confirmation e-mail containing, among other things, the name and address of the site to which you have registered. You can find this information by entering the e-mail address you gave when you registered in the field at the top of this page. If you no longer have access to the site you registered for, then your registration may have expired or you may have unsubscribed from our service. If this is not the case, please check that the email address and password you entered are correct. If the problem persists even though your subscription is still active and has not expired, please contact our Customer Service by phone or email.
